Remember that show on the Style Network where they took a runway outfit and made basically the same look in about an hour (in a shopping mall) for under $100 (or maybe it was $150? I don't remember.) Well, I saw this outfit at Anthropologie when I was in there the other day:

(ok, so not the shoes, those are Jimmy Choo and I just lurve them)

I couldn't help but do a little searching, knowing that the $300 for this outfit (minus the shoes) is out of my price range.

Total: $144

So, not quite under $100. But you get new shoes, also...which you don't get with the $300 you spent at Anthro. Seems like a pretty good deal to me!
