re: stacks

This weekend was kind of debaucherous (and by kind of debaucherous I mean being out on Friday cause most of Saturday to be completely shot for Nathan, and half of it to be shot for me -- including getting a haircut. Boo.)

And today it is raining. Back to Seattle winter weather.

But on a happier note: I got my blog swap gift from Melissa and it made my day! (I'm sorry mine hasn't come -- apparently Seattle to Tallahassee is like, across the country or something. I promise it's on its way!)

She sent me:

multicolored SHARPIES! 

(and I don't even think I put my love for office supplies 

on my little 'about me' sheet. Destiny, I tell you.)

Awesome earrings.

...and a scarf that really made me laugh. 

I can't tell you why, yet, though.

(and no, it isn't because I have it already.)

I'm wearing my scarf to work today (as well as a sweater for the first time in a while, because the high is 60 because this is Seattle and it's mid-September.)

Saturday I went to the zoo, which I'll post about later, but Sunday was all about TV watching. Nate and I managed to stumble upon some Sister Wives from last season that we apparently hadn't seen, so we watched that until we had caught up to episodes we had seen before switching over to Food Network to watch Chopped and Sweet Genius until it was time for the finale of Great Food Truck Race, or 'Truck Food Show,' as Nathan calls it. I had a hard time with this show, because I didn't really care about Hodge Podge and didn't really care for Lime Truck. But we watched the whole season, so we figured we should stick it out. I wanted Seabirds to make it to the end. Oh well.

Okay, so also: GET READY. I got stuff to give away on Wednesday! It's very exciting. Get excited. Are you excited? That's what I thought.
