no moments better than this

Ok, so Nathan and I have been slacking in the 'going to the gym department' for the last week or so (Nathan says we have lost our motivation, I might say I've just replaced it with motivation for watching Food Network.) In an effort to make this not happen, Imma make a schedule. And then I'll tell you if I've followed said schedule. And then if I don't, you can yell at me. Deal? Deal.

Monday: Buddy Personal Training (1 hour) with Dawn.
Tuesday: 20-30 min. Cardio (at the gym) and 20-30 min. Light Yoga for stretching (at home via the Wii.) Because I usually hurt a LOT after personal training. Dawn works us out good.
Wednesday: Arms & Abs (3x sets: Rows, Tris, Curls, Vertical Leg Lift, Crunches, Oblique Crunches, Chest Press, Twist w/ Medicine Ball)
Thursday: Legs & Abs (Lunges w/ Weights, Calf Lifts, Plank-to-Pushups, Squats w/ Weights, Plank with Leg Lift, Peeing Dog ((hehe, also known as kneeling side leg left? I can't find them anywhere...but they're like these, only you lift your left to the side, while keeping it bent,))  Kneeling Rear Leg Lifts, Crunches, Standing Oblique Twists w/ Weights, Vertical Left Lift)
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 45 min. Cardio (Full-Body Machine!)
Sunday: Rest
